Malaysia Factories is the industrial property practice of Tang Mieo Cheng, a registered estate agent (REN 09679) with ZEON PROPERTIES INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD. We focus exclusively on industrial real estate - factories, warehouses and industrial land - across Malaysia's principal manufacturing corridors, from the Penang and Kedah northern belt through Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Melaka to Johor.
For occupiers, we work as a single point of contact from brief to handover. We translate an operational requirement - power supply, floor loading, clear height, loading bays, zoning and budget - into a shortlist of suitable buildings, arrange viewings, and represent your interest through negotiation, documentation and completion. A large share of the available industrial stock never reaches public portals, so we also source off-market options directly from landlords and owners.
For landlords and vendors, we market factory and warehouse assets to qualified industrial occupiers and run the letting or sale process end to end. We also advise on industrial land acquisition - whether for a purpose-built plant, an expansion or an investment - including guidance on tenure, zoning and the practical considerations that decide whether a site will suit a given use.
